APP’s eight branches service both national and local projects. Our Sydney office is APP’s largest with our full complement of property and infrastructure services being delivered from Sydney. Whether your business is based in Sydney or further afield, APP leverages our national team to optimise the outcomes for your business.
APP provides services across all four phases of the asset lifecycle: strategy, definition, delivery and transition.
Strategy
APP works closely with our client’s businesses to develop a common understanding of its strategic goals and business directives to ultimately define an optimal outcome, having fully assessed the benefits and risks.
APP defines the property or infrastructure solutions to be delivered. We progress the strategic brief into a practical set of technical requirements that articulates how the asset is capable of generating either:
the direct return on investment
the expected improvements in productivity, or
the planned community and social benefits.
APP also explores appropriate alternatives, considering risk, opportunity and constraints with the objective of achieving and enhancing the anticipated value within the business strategy.
We deliver the project by converting the approved concept into a physical land, property or infrastructure outcome. As our founding capability, APP has the leadership and expertise to implement the requirements articulated from the definition phase into an operational property or infrastructure asset that achieves its strategic objectives.
Assets are typically delivered through detailed design, construction and commissioning making it ready for operation, occupation, sale or lease in line with the objectives set out in the strategic brief.
Our transition services involve transferring the asset and occupants into operation or divestment. A critical phase for the asset, APP assists clients to manage the smooth transition from a delivered asset to a business as usual operation where the full benefit and value of the asset is maximised.
