Our tolerances follow ISO 2768-1 standards.

Each of our Manufacturing Partners goes through an extensive onboarding process before being brought onto the Hubs network, including:

Completing multiple test orders that are sent out to our HQ and assessed by our quality inspection team

Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement with Hubs to protect confidential information

Signing a Manufacturing Partner Agreement laying out detailed non-disclosure, confidentiality and general terms for their supply services
The performance of our Manufacturing Partners is continuously monitored by our Supply team to ensure that all orders are completed in accordance with the Hubs Manufacturing Standards.

Certification
We are ISO 9001 certified and we work with a vast number of certified Manufacturing Partners. ISO certifications need to be requested before placing an order. Please contact your Account Manager or sales@hubs.com.
Our Manufacturing Partners also have the following certifications for CNC machining:

Resolving quality issues
Should your order not meet specifications, you will be able to raise any issues within 5 business days of receiving your parts. Our order fulfillment team will resolve these issues as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days.
